Al has been recognized as a leader in investment sales in the region for the past 27 years after beginning his career as a financial analyst underwriting institutional investment sales. Al, an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, is able to enhance his value proposition with his clients, advising them on how to increase long-term asset value when the time comes to monetize that asset whether through sale or financing.

Over his career, Al has acted as advisor in more than 30 million square feet of transactions, totaling in excess of $9 billion and is widely experienced in all asset classes, including office, medical, retail, multi-family, industrial and land/development.

Kate is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group where she exclusively specializes in the disposition of commercial properties in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. She provides clients with expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis and consulting, and has completed over $500 million in sales spanning all property types.

Kate began her career at CBRE in 2007 and worked directly with Al Mirin in the development of the Private Capital Group in the Fairfield and Westchester County markets.

Matt is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group where he specializes in the sales of all asset types. Since joining the Capital Markets Group in 2016, Matt has helped facilitate over $325 million in office, retail, multi-family, industrial and land sales. Prior to joining the Capital Markets Group, Matt focused on landlord and tenant representation in an office leasing capacity. Leveraging his knowledge of office leasing, Matt specializes in financial underwriting and property marketing.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was a Senior Associate at RHYS Commercial and before entering the commercial real estate field, spent six years as a professional golfer playing various developmental tours across the world.

Rikki is a Senior Marketing Specialist within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group who manages and implements the team’s marketing operations and strategies. Rikki, who joined the team in 2014, is responsible for the team’s marketing materials and client deliverables, including creating written content, custom graphics, photography/photo editing and layout design for offering memorandums, presentations, broker opinion of values, brochures and flyers. Additionally, Rikki maintains the team’s website and generates email campaigns and online postings.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rikki served as Operations Manager and Marketing Specialist for CBRE’s Capital Markets/Institutional Group, where she participated in transactions valued in excess of $6 billion between 2002 and 2014.
